Team Workspaces are now available on all plans. If you have been waiting to bring your whole team to Inkframe, today is the day.
What’s included
Role-based access control. Every workspace has three roles: Owner, Editor, and Viewer. Owners manage billing and team membership. Editors can create, edit, and share specs. Viewers can comment and export — but cannot edit source frames or workspace settings.
Email invites and SSO. Invite teammates by email directly from the Workspace dashboard. If your organization uses Google Workspace or Okta, you can enable SSO from Settings → Workspace → Authentication — team members log in with their company credentials and are automatically provisioned at the Viewer level.
Spec visibility. Specs default to workspace-visible, meaning any workspace member can view them. Individual specs can be set to private (Owner + creator only) or public (anyone with the link, no account required).

Existing specs created before today are automatically migrated to your personal workspace. You can move them to a team workspace from the spec’s Settings → Move to workspace menu.
