The Beginning
Alex and Jordan first met at a ceramics class in Portland in 2021 — both there on a dare from different friends. Jordan's lopsided bowl and Alex's overly ambitious vase became running jokes, and then reasons to keep coming back.

How it happened
Our Story
The Proposal
Three years, two apartment moves, and one rescue cat later, Alex proposed at Crater Lake — the place Jordan had always talked about visiting. It was raining. Jordan said yes before Alex finished the question.
The Wedding
We chose Napa because it's where we went on our first proper trip together — and because we wanted a place that felt as warm, organic, and unhurried as the relationship we've built. We can't wait to share it with you.

Doors open. Enjoy welcome drinks and take your seats in the orchard.

Join us under the oak canopy as we exchange vows. Approximately 30 minutes.

Celebrate with bubbles, small bites, and music by the garden terrace.

Seated farm-to-table dinner in the barn. Three courses, locally sourced.

First Dance & Speeches
First dance, toasts from family and friends, and the cake cutting.

Let loose on the dance floor. Music until 11:00 PM.

Safe travels! Shuttles depart at 11:15 PM from the main entrance.

Shuttle Service
Free shuttles run every 30 minutes between the Napa Marriott and the venue from 3:00 PM to midnight. We encourage everyone to use it — the wine is flowing and your safety matters to us.
Getting to Napa
The closest airports are SFO (60 min), OAK (55 min), and STS (40 min). We recommend renting a car or booking a shared shuttle from any of these airports.

FAQ
- What is the dress code?
- Garden formal — think sundresses, linen suits, flowy separates. Heels are not recommended as the ceremony is on grass. Please avoid white and ivory out of respect for the couple.
- Can I bring a plus-one?
- Due to venue capacity, plus-ones are only available if listed on your invitation. If your envelope says "and guest," you are welcome to bring one. If you have questions, please reach out before RSVPing.
- Are children welcome?
- We adore your little ones! Children under 3 are welcome. For older children, we respectfully ask that this be an adults-only evening so everyone can celebrate freely. We hope you can arrange childcare and join us!
- I have dietary restrictions — will there be options?
- Absolutely. The RSVP form has a dietary field — please let us know about any allergies or restrictions. Our caterer accommodates vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free diets.
- Is there parking at the venue?
- Yes, free parking is available on-site. However, we strongly encourage using the shuttle service if you plan to drink. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes between the venue and the Napa Marriott from 3:00 PM to midnight.
- Can I take photos during the ceremony?
- We are having an unplugged ceremony — please put devices away during the vows so everyone can be fully present. Our photographer will capture every moment beautifully. The reception is fully camera-friendly!
- What happens if I need to cancel my RSVP?
- Life happens! Please let us know as soon as possible at hello@alexandjordan.com. Our caterer needs final numbers by September 5th.
- Where should I stay?
