Privacy: how Flowra handles your data
Last updated: April 2026
The short version
We don't collect your habit data. We don't sell anything. We don't run analytics inside the app. The only network traffic the app makes during normal use is end-to-end encrypted sync to your iCloud or Google Drive — and that traffic is not visible to Flowra.
What is collected
- Crash reports via Apple's MetricKit and Google's Crashlytics, both of which are anonymized at the OS level. We use them to fix bugs.
- Anonymous purchase events via Apple/Google's StoreKit. We see "user upgraded to Flowra+" — we don't see who.
- Email address if you contact landix.ninal@gmail.com. We reply, archive, and delete after 90 days.
What is NOT collected
- Your habits, streaks, reminders, or notes.
- Your device location.
- Your contacts, calendar, or photos.
- Your IP address (beyond what your sync provider's servers retain transiently).
- Anything we could sell to anyone, even if we wanted to. We don't.
Sync details
Your habit data is encrypted on-device with a key derived from your iCloud / Google account. Flowra's servers (when used at all) only ever see encrypted blobs. If you stop using Flowra and uninstall, your data continues to live in your iCloud / Drive — under your control, not ours.
Children's privacy
Flowra is rated 4+ in the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent contacts us about a child's account, we will help delete it on request.
